The same effect looks different on different eyes: extensions can gently adjust the shape, lift the corners and "open up" the gaze. Find your eye shape below — and you'll know what to ask your artist for.
Eye shapes and flattering effects
Almond eyes. The lucky ticket: any effect works — choose to your mood, from natural to mega volume.
Drooping outer corners. The squirrel effect works best: it visually lifts the outer corner, making the look fresher and more open.
Large, prominent eyes. Go delicate: classics up to 0.15 mm or double volume with ultra-thin lashes. The fox effect also works, bringing the shape closer to almond.
Close-set eyes. Effects with a densified outer corner — fox or squirrel: they visually "widen" the distance. Well-chosen length mapping helps too.
Deep-set eyes. The "rounding" technique works: an accent on the centre of the eye opens up the gaze.
Hooded lids. Steep L and L+ curls save the day: they stay visible under the fold and keep the look open.
